[참고] 유엔인종차별철폐위원회는 2012년 최종견해(CERD/C/KOR/CO/15-16) 23항에서 이주노동자, 미등록 이주노동자, 난민/망명신청인/무국적자 현황 등에 관한 위원회의 권고에 대하여 한국정부의 후속조치들을 1년 이내 즉 2013년 8월까지 서면보고 하도록 요청하였음. "23. In accordance with article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention and rule 65 of its amended rules of procedure, the Committee requests the State party to provide information, within one year of the adoption of the present conclusions, on its follow-up to the recommendations contained in paragraphs 11, 12 and 13 above."
